Hmm. Tough question. I don't know the technical stuff for this. But I can tell you that trying to beat your dad and sneaking around to play guild wars probably isn't going to help you at all.
If your dad thinks you are playing too much, spending too much time on a game, then maybe you should first consider why he thinks this. Maybe he has a small point?
Then next you have to come up with a strategy that will help you keep access to the game (and possibly the rest of your pc) without making your dad more upset.
Most likely your dad is not trying to simply be making your life miserable. But he is probably just concerned that you are neglecting things like... oh, I dunno... Your school work? Or perhaps a social life? Take his concerns serious, show him you can think and act like an adult, and he will probably treat you like one. Throwing a tantrum and trying to undermine his authority will prove to him that he is right to block guild wars from you.
So, ask him how much time you would be allowed to play. What does he think is reasonable? Then haggle. Oh, and promising to do chores around the house is always a good option!
Also, show him your characters. Maybe you have an open slot for a try out character for him? You might be suprised, he may like it. (Then again, if he does like it, and there is only one pc, or one game around, maybe it will make it even more difficult to get your dad offline to play for yourself...)
Trust me, trying to get your own way, without simply talking to a parent, is never a good idea. I know. And they can be quite reasonable, anyway.
Good luck.

I say.. tell him youll take a rest and try to limit the amount of play you do.
I noticed a little while ago that i was playing this game way too much, so I limited myself. Now I only play on weekends (basically) and its worked great for me. Remember Friends/Girlfriend > GW... Any day

@OP. The only way i know for sure to block GW is through a firewall like zonealarm or kerio that is setup on your PC's admin acct.that way your dad can block GW from the internet and the game wont run,But lucky for you there is a easy solution...Go outside once in a while it's a big world out there and you can claim your own little patch of grass of mud or whatever you can find.oh yeah beware of sunlight it hurts the eyes if your not used to it

RL >> GW. Go for a walk or something. Take a break from the game. I usually try to limit my playing to maybe 5 hours/week if that. Even try not playing it for a week or two (or a month). GW will still be here when you come back.

sorry about this, but if your dad is trying to stop you from playing then he has his reasons.
I will not allow any advice on bypassing this
